As of 9/25/13, here’s what we know regarding 2014 poster updates: •Effective July 1, 2014, California’s minimum wage will increase to $9.00 an hour. (Poster Protect® customers receive a replacement poster if the Minimum Wage notice is released after January.) •There are pending changes to the DFEH Discrimination and Harassment notice. •There are pending changes to the EDD’s Notice to Employees. •There are changes to the Cal/OSHA notice (4/13). The NLRA posting requirement remains suspended until further notice due to federal court cases.
